Description of CPVC rod and CPVC bar
CPVC rod and CPVC bar is made from PVC chlorinated by chlorine gas in solvent surrounding . It can offer good electrical insulation, thermoplasticity and membrane forming capacity, chemical stability, resist corrosion and water, dissolved in acetone, hydrochloric ether, arene, ester and some alcohol.

Applications of CPVC rod and CPVC bar
-Production CPVC pipe, delivery of hot water and corrosive media.
-Used as hot water polution pipe, plating solution pipeline, heat chemical reagents pipeline, wet chlorine gas pipeline of chlor-alkali plant.
-Rolled sheet: used to manufacture chemical resistance products, corrosion-resistant chemical equipment such as reactors, valves, electrolyzer etc.
-Composite materials: some composite material constituted by CPVC and inorganic or organic fiber are giving good impact resistance, heat resistance, temperature resistance better than other composite resin material that can be made of sheet, pipe, corrugated board, profile and so on.
-Through improved production technology produced higher impact resistance and higher transparency CPVC, can be used in cars, compact disc, audio and video.
