Injection molding size and injection molding production process
The surface roughness of injection molding is determined by the roughness of the mold surface, so the surface roughness of the mold is one level lower than that of the product, and the requirements are met by grinding and polishing. The injection molded parts will produce cooling shrinkage in the mold cavity, which makes it difficult to take out the injection molded parts. Therefore, in order to facilitate demolding, the design should also consider that the inner and outer surfaces parallel to the demolding direction have sufficient demoulding slopes.
Injection molding is an industry with strong technical and practical capabilities. In the injection molding production process, plastic raw materials, carbon powder, nozzles, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprayers, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials are used. These have brought great results to the management of the injection workshop. Compared with other industries or departments, there are certain difficulties, and the requirements of injection molding workshop managers at all levels are higher.
Injection molding production requires 24 hours of continuous operation, which is usually a two-stage or three-stage working mode. There are many types of work and division of labor in the injection molding workshop, and different positions have different skill requirements. In order to make the production and operation of the injection molding workshop go smoothly, it is necessary to manage the personnel, materials, equipment and tools involved in each link, mainly including: raw material room, waste room, batching room, production site, post-processing area, tool room, semi-finished products District, office and other fields of operation and coordination management.
