PEEK Ring is generally produced by CNC machining, which is convenient and fast, and can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product, if the quantity is large, the thickness of the product is relatively thin, the product is easy to deform when processing, we will use the mould injection moulding production, we choose the appropriate fluidity of the PEEK plastic granules to reduce the stress concentration during injection moulding, according to the actual needs of adjusting the moulding temperature and cooling time, to avoid the warping and deformation of thin-walled products. Adjust the mould temperature and cooling time according to the actual needs to avoid warping and deformation of thin-walled products. The thinnest PEEK seal rings we have produced is only 2.MM thick.
